Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

Are you pumping? Firmness (good eq) is a positive, but squishy overlying firmness suggests to me edema buildup, which is easy to do when pumping. If it is edema from pumping it will naturally go away in a few to several hours.

Other PE activities can also cause edema buildup. If not from edema, I am unsure what the squishness would be. Another member may have insight on your situation.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I do 10 minutes of full clamping, take the clamp off then 5 minutes of massaging. I do this three times. Then I do assisted girth pump (quick light taps on pump while in it) for 15 minutes then massage again for another 5 minutes. I actually JUST upped the intensity and duration of my PE chi Monday after a week break but I always got some squishiness after my clamping and pumping sessions.

Then (sometime in April 2024) - BPEL : 7; MEG : 5.3 ~

Now - BPEL : 7 - 7 1/4 not sure; MEG : 5.8

~ 8.5 BPEL X 6.5 MEG IS WHAT I WILL ACHIEVE ~

Does it decrease/go away between sessions? Does edema make sense?

The squishiness? No its kind of more prominent with each session, especially after pumping. Isnt edema kind of painful? I only get a little bit on the underside of the shaft, right before the glans. Not a lot though.

Positive signs include harder erections and longer flaccid hang.

8 Months of PE, strictly hanging, jelqing, stretching and light clamping, only 1-3 day resting period but consistent effort throughout.
I don’t Pump,
From my observation, probably the best PI is pain. And this is just easy to tell when you hang. For pumping you can’t really tell from pain that you’ve over pumped, you mostly use visual indicators from what I’ve been reading, there’s usually not much pain.

But with hanging it’s almost on a feel basis that you tweak your routine.

For example I use pain as an indicator to stop or lower weight. I also use stack method to load my penis:
If I’m to hang 10 pounds, (I have 1 - 1.5 pound weights so) I usually start at 2 pounds, then add 1pound after 5 mins, then add another 1 pound after 5 mins etc. Until weight limit is reached, sometimes I reach fatigue before my weight goal for that set.
Stack method of hanging is really good for precisely feeling out fatigue points and PI pain/discomfort which as I said is the probably best type of PI

Pushing past pain thresholds literally kills your morning Wood.

Thank You

Thanks, as a newbie to PE this is very helpful.

The only PI I pay attention to is blood flow. I forget what PIs people recommend paying attention to because this is the only one that seems to matter to me.

Blood flow = are my erections so strong they could be painful? And do I feel a slight pump throughout the day.

The first question being more important than the second

11/14/2015 6 x5 1/8 -> 4/25/16-6 3/8 x5.5

Restart 3/24 @ 7.25BPEL / 6.5nbpel/ 5 3/8 meg

7/31/24 @ 8/ 7.25nbpel/ 5.375meg ~ lost 1/8 this month :(
