Wholeheartedly agree. This information has been the cornerstone of my PE practice, and probably the reason why I stuck with it.

The taking the hammer to the dick made be laugh and cringe in pain. No where have I’ve seen someone recommend that technique.

I’m starting to really stress. I just started PE about 3 weeks ago. And for the First two weeks just warmed up with warm water for 5 minutes then pumped for 5 minutes @3mhg decompressed and did that for 3 sets (15 minutes total) and everything seemed fine. Then about a week or so ago I upped it a bit to 4mhg for 3 sets at 5 min each (only did that once). And got a small bruise on head of my penis so I stopped. I only did that one day. But a couple days before that I read an article on another webiste that said to warm up, then stretch (up, down, left, right) while counting with kegels, then jelg for 10 minutes I think. At the time I didn’t think I overdid it but for the last 4-5 days my nighttime/morning wood is 60-70% at Best. I got so nervous I tried to masturbate this morning and could not get fully erect before I ejaculated. Maybe it was the stress I don’t know but it’s scaring the hell out of me. But what was weird is that I was able to have sex with my wife 4 days ago and although it wasn’t as hard as normal I didn’t think too much about it at the moment. I think I even edged the day after or the day before having sex with the wife and was able to get fully erect. So now I’m a nervous wreck and don’t know what to do. Do I need to see a urologist? Take some time off and let it heal? And if taking time off should I leave it alone completely or is masturbation and sex ok.

Yeah you should that.

It’s better if you start doing the Newbie Routine which will condition your penis for more advanced other P.E exercises too.

How does flaccid hang change in response to PE exercise?Immediately after and next morning and so on..

I came across a subreddit named “AJelqForYou”. There I read some interesting claim that I think might be of interest to people here.
There they make the claim that you are on the right track if the tissue in your dick has a “cloth like” structural feeling. Paraphrasing them:
“You get a textured feeling when the cell walls of your tunica are broken down to the point that they cannot resist the stretching/expansion forces anymore. This leads to micro-tears between the cells which in effect produces new cells as repair occurs. […] The reason why people don’t see gains directly is because of this issue, the breakdown has to occur prior to growth.”

I did a quick search but haven’t found anything related to this topic. However it does sound intriguing to me so I was wondering if there are people that gained last month (and did not change their routine) who can comment on this feeling. I also don’t know if the person I quoted is/was a member here so apologies if I overstepped.

I’ve got a suspicion they are referring to capillary budding. Whenever it happens, small little nodules appear that raise the skin. This leads to a “textured” cloth like feeling. I’ve made special note of it in my research logs more than a few times. Not attempting to hi-jack the thread or anything, I just wanted everyone to know this is a documented phenomenon. This goes back to what I have personally referred to about tunica layers not actually being a hindrance for growing. Blood vessels are penetrating the layers and this results in nodules. I hope this sparks some discussion for everyone.

However, this should not be misconstrued as venous expansion which can feel like a mass of loosely intertwining strings beneath the skin. This is also a common phenomenon with certain types of pumping along with squeezing exercises.
