Piet's stretcher -updated-

I decided it was time to improve my stretcher a bit as seen here:

Piet’s homemade stretcher

Only the top part is new. The PVC squares at the inside are there to put most of the pressure on the sides. The screws are sunk into the pvc so you won’t feel them. The rest is self explanatory.

That looks really good, like a professional device even, I like the improvement a lot. My only worry is about the pressure on top of the penis - on the dorsal nerve. Still, as it stands it looks a lot safer than a Peni-something. Thought any about getting the pressure off the top of the penis? I am betting with this newer design that you could do that much more easily now. I do want to encourage you here Piet, because I like where you are going with this and I think it has a good future…

PirateSteve, if you look close at the 2nd picture you can see that an additional layer of pvc pipe has been added to both inner sides. Hard to recognize on first sight because the PVC is transparent but it leaves a gap on top. A little like the grippers of the Captn’s Wench. Maybe two layers of pvc would improve this gap.

Thanks for pointing that out. I was thinking they were just to hold the end pieces on, but now that I look again, I see they might very well do exactly what I was looking for. Perhaps a piece of wood or plastic underneath would stiffen it up even more? Or as you say, a second layer? Or perhaps the design just as it is is enough! I am liking it more and more…

After a 1-hour testsession I decided to cut off all the sharp edges of the pvc, they were pinching my skin (I wanna be able to use as less wrap as possible). I’m still looking for the best way to handle the top. It does look like the edges of my glans are resting on the middle of the toppiece where the diameter is the smallest because of the hoseclamp which makes the top of the pvc only pinch my foreskin covering my glans a bit.

The pvc is already really stiff :) I will take a topview picture later.

In the next picture you can see all the edges of the pvc are cut off and extra nuts are added so the end of the screws don’t stick into my skin. When I’m completely satisfied with it I will just saw them off. Here’s the topview:

I am thinking if you just added something hard under the inner pieces you screw on - like a piece of wood (I like paint sticks because they are free) or hard plastic or even metal - then the clamp would squeeze the sides and not the top. Does that make sense? And you might be able to use no wrap at all if you cut up a gel insole or a mousepad and put it over the inside pieces as a cushion. I use gel shoe insoles as cushions on a number of my projects and I love them, but another fellow has just turned me on to mousepads and they are cheaper. I don’t want to change your design mind you, I really like where you are going Piet - I am just throwing out ideas for you to mull over…

Oh I’ve been unclear about top of my shaft and top of the the whole pvc thing. The pressure does come from the sides, it were the edges of the pvc which curled some what which were pinching my skin a bit. Now I cut off those sharp edges it’s not a problem anymore.

I like the mousepad idea.

Perfect Piet! So there is no pressure on the dorsal nerve on top? Excellent. And yes, I liked the mousepad idea too. We can both try it out and see…

When I have found a suitable mousepad or something similar and attached it I will cut some off of the sides of the pvc so they just meet on top of my shaft and not go over each other. That would be even better.

I tried it with some isolation foam. I cut it the right size so the edges would touch when the toppiece is tightened. I wasn’t able to put it on without pinching my skin :( A piece of folded bandage does work just fine though.
