When doing these do you pull and hold for so many seconds or just a few tugs? Has any one got any gains from doing these? are they beneficial or what?

Hold for a few seconds. And if the guy standing at the urinal watching is wondering what your doing. Just tell him you got a cramp that goes from your dick and right up your fingers to your wrist. Hehehe!

Just my opinion (I haven’t checked to see if it has been discussed before) but Since your dick will be fairly cold , there would be very little “give” so, surely, the effect of pulling will have very little effect.

Bearing in mind you can hardly have much of a session there. My guess is that there would be very little more action than just squeezing things out and shaking the drops away.

And yet so many talk about ADS.

While it may not make a huge difference, I think 10-20 one second pulls might help. When measuring I can often get 1/4-1/2 inch difference between the 1st and last pull. Just stretching him out throughout the day in an little mini effort at ADS.

I’ve been experimenting with Piss pulls during the last few weeks mainly because I was with my family during the Christmas holidays and had little privacy.
I kept it simple and only pulled upwards for 0:30 - 2:00 minutes up to 8 times daily with 2 hour breaks in between.

There was a noticeable change, my fingers didn’t wrap as far around my penis shaft as normal and it felt girthier. I tried to stretch it so that the glans tip would reach my navel (standing straight up), 2 weeks ago I was 1” too low but now I can reach. I varied the upwards pull with a few circular pulls which seemed to increase the stretch. Erect length appears to be unchanged however.

I will start my normal PE routine next monday but I will measure tomorrow (Sunday) to see how effective piss pulls really are after 2 weeks.

bennett8 routine is based on 5-6 short but intense stretching daily sessions; piss-pulls are very light stretches.

However, I think they don’t hurt. tntjockey believes they can aid, and he got damn good gains with his approach. Penis pulls alone will do little or nothing, of course.

I gained a fifth of an inch in month from doing minute up, minute down stretches.

Well I measured my penis, girth hadn’t increased but i achieved my max. erection girth at a lesser erection level.
Length has shrunk slightly: 2-3mm :(

So in conclusion, Piss pulls won’t give fast gains for advanced PEers.

Piss pulls don’t really help me that much aside from getting that last drop of piss out.


Stats, pre PE: BPEL 6.1" MSEG 4.5"

Ultimate Goal: BPEL 7.6" MSEG 6"
