my friend was talking about little kid having to pee really bad and getting erections… I didnt say anything but I still get erections when I have to pee badely is this normal?

Yes, this is normal.

I´m no expert as to why this happens but my guess is that you squeeze your PC and thus increasing blood flow in the area and stimulating the erection reflex.

well like everyone else i have morning wood but also if I have to pee badly itll do it not just if I kinda have to go

I think this is just the bodies safety measure to keep you from pissing yourself, just like morning wood.
