Please review my current routine
Tell me what you think about my routine that I’ve been doing for the past 4 weeks. So far I haven’t gained, but I’m in it for the long haul. I think this routine is will give me enough rest for my penis to recuperate.
I’m currently at 6.75nbp, 8bp, 5.5 girth. I’d like to get up to 8nbp. I mostly want length!
Week 1: Monday-Friday, weekends off
30 minutes: 80-100% erect stretching
5 mintues wet jelqing (stretch for 20 seconds after every 10 jelqs)
10 minutes Power jelq device (lasts 4 seconds for each stroke)
10 mintues wet jelqing (stretch for 20 seconds after every 10 jelqs)
10 minutes take a warm shower
30 minutes flaccid stretching (all directions for 1 minutes each)
Week 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (every other day schedule)
30 minutes: 80-100% erect stretching
5 mintues wet jelqing (stretch for 20 seconds after every 10 jelqs)
20 minutes Power jelq device (last 4 seconds for each stroke)
5 mintues wet jelqing (stretch for 20 seconds after every 10 jelqs)
10 minutes take a warm shower
30 minutes flaccid stretching (all directions for 1 minutes each)

Then Back to Week2
