Possible reason for diminishing returns on girth

Greetings all old and new members here on TP :)
Yea, it’s been a while… I had a two year break from PE and started recently again…
During my break I lost about an inch in length and some girth.
After I started again, my gains were so fast that it is pretty amazing, not at my max size yet though, but on my way fast, and I noticed that the girth is increasing very fast, and girth is what I’m after now really…

Always after a break I have gained back the max size pretty fast and more. Interesting to see where the gain stops if it stops this time.

After the break I started doing;
-manual stretching
-A-stretch
-wet jelq, semi erect
-erect bends, got a new technique that seems to work very well.
-clamping, manual only, maybe more like squeezes with reversed “OK” grip, combined with kegels.
-clamped jelq (!!!!! crazy, not for beginners !!!!!)
clamping with my left hand in a reversed “OK” grip, and very gently jelqing with the other, !gently!

Only minor bruises so far :)

Oh, I love PE… Nice to be back…

Actually I got provoked by a woman who said “size matters” so I’m gonna give her a girth she will remember :)
I might meet her sometimes, or not, but that got me started again…

Yea, girth is what I want, women complain so much about length, they say it feels uncomfortable when it goes too deep,
especially young women.

Awesome! It seems to be the case that those who take a 6 months + off after exhausting their dick hoping for girth gains often times find that they gain girth. It may not be the best idea if you’re looking for length, but it definitely seems to help with girth from other posts that I have read. Any other thoughts?

I agree with this.

This is also why its best to use the least force that will cause gains. It worth trying low to moderate force to see if you can make gains from it, and try increasing time before you increase force, it you aren’t making gains. When you use moderate forces at most, the decon needed is far shorter than when you use high forces.

Again, I am not aware of anyone using high forces that had long periods of gaining. Many high force guys might get some fairly rapid gains, but then they hit a brick wall and are unable to make any more gains unless they decon for long periods, like a year or so. There maybe exceptions, but I am not aware of it.

SparkyX, It’s sometimes hard to tell what is “over doing it” on here because some guys will tie their dicks up to toyota tundra and throw a brick on the gas pedal while others tug it once and can’t get an erection for a while. I am closer to the latter as I don’t believe I ever clamped extremely hard. However, I have some fairly bad bruising on the top part of my penis. Does this just mean I rushed it, too much too fast for my situation? Do bruises pretty much automatically mean that you need a serious decon break. I started out making girth gains the first few months, but nothing real noticeable in the last 6 months or so. Again, I clamped reasonably hard, but not even close to what some of these guys do.

EQ is usually a good indicator of over doing it, and its more critical for girth gains than length. Afterall, you can use ADS to keep from turtling, but its far harder to find something to keep girth up all day, short of proper recovery to stimulus ratio.

Cialis and or viagra will also help, but its easy to then over train more because of the false appearance of recovery.

I think for those that want girth gains and find they are finding it difficult, low vacuum, longer times with a pump might be the trick. The trick is to find a vacuum level where you can go 3 sets of 15-20 minutes without contracting afterwards or EQ crashing. For sensitive guys, that might mean using 2-3 in hg at first until your dick gets conditioned.

Whats great about pumping and girth is you don’t need high vacuum levels to make gains, whereas if you are shooting for length gains from pumping, you have to have higher vacuum forces (at least 5 in hg). Some guys might not be able to tolerate it. This is why jelquing for length before pumping at reasonable vacuum levels increases effectiveness, it pre-stretches the penis, and lower vacuum levels are needed to hold it at that length while you pump.

I think the equivalent can be used for jelquing. If you want girth, its probably more effective to use moderate levels of force, but go longer times. The key will be that you have a heavy and full flaccid when you are done that lasts a while. Immediate turtling tends to indicate you are using too much force for you.
