Pre PE Workout Smoothie?
So after doing some searching on the forums I ended up cresting a concoction that I rhink would be good to take before workouts.
Pomegranate juice
Frozen strawberries and bananas
Cayenne pepper powder
Ginger root powder
L Citrulline
American Ginseng
Guarana
Almond butter
Fenugreek seeds
Holy hell this thing tastes crazy but I feel like it’s going to lead to some bloodflow. That cayenne is super potent.
Anyone else do something similar?
Oh, I also put my protein in here but might not include it next time.
