When I go to pee or take off my pants unaroused, my cock is small and thin. Can seem very embarrassing, as erect I am 6 x 5. Is there anyone I can prevent this in public? Thank you.

If you know your dick is going to be seen flaccid doing a Fowfer for a few minutes before exposing yourself will really give you a nice hang. The longer you sit on it the longer it will hang.

All of that - plus wear loose boxers. Also, if you keep yourself shaved or tweezed it seems, I find that flaccid hang is better.
