Profile of a gainer

There are a thousand threads that discuss which exercises to do. I’ve tried them all and have had very limited success. I’m interested in finding out if there are any lifestyle choices that affect gains. Below is a comprehensive series of questions. If we get enough people to answer we might be able to identify a few variables correlated to gains.

Newbie Routine. Mainly jelqing. Lots of warm-up. 3 on 1 off when on. Usually lasting a week, followed by weeks off.

Drink at least 3L water a day. Despite my general good health habits, smoke 2-3 cigs a day.

Have gained 0.75in length and .4 girth in about 6 months

Hey slapa how did you like the NO-Xplode by BSN. I have done two cycles of it, with cell mass and nitrix (not a huge fan of nitrix but oh well). It seemed good to me. Just finished a small cycle of it, and finishing it up with Myogenix Hypershock. Hypershock is good stuff. I dont feel quite as pumped but I have more endurance in the gym. And like you, I smoke about 1-2 cigarettes a day. Funny stuff. Or not, since it causes millions of deaths a year lol.

Think it’s a good product. I only take it pre-workout (on an empty stomach) which makes for maybe 3 times a week as it’s too damn expensive and I don’t need the caffeine rush on off days. Have definitely noticed improvements at the gym since I started and using it only a few times a week don’t need to cycle it.

If you like Nitric OXide products which I think can be of benefit I have heard Gasparis SuperPump is top notch. I like the No-Explode because it is a good allround pre-workout drink.

Everybody has a vice :) . Problem is even at such low levels of smoking I am a different person if I go a day or 2 without.

I hear ya man. Yea I have heard about that Gaspari stuff on bodybuilding.com. Its supposed to be good. The ingredients seem to stack up well. The Hypershock is about like No-Xplode, but it has Kre-Alkalyn instead of Creatine EE Malate. Like you, I only take them on workout days. I am obsessive compulsive. I think my stress levels negatively impact PE (among other things). I also think I over-train and the excess fitness lowers testosterone levels.

Consistency and determination are your biggest friends in your PE journey.

ROUTINE

2. Please briefly describe your routine and your PE frequency. Length gains made in roughly 3 months doing daily stretching exercises for apx 1/2 hour, no measured girth gains during this time. Bought a Bib starter and did 3 months worth of hanging with no measureable gains in length at the time. Later noticed a nice gain in base girth during clamp wrapping. Girth gains of apx .25” made doing jelking and gains came in apx 1 month (month 5-6 in PE), Gains of axp .35” doing clamping wrapping (very tight base wrapping causing extreme engorgement) over 3 months. In spite of similar efforts since have not made measureable gains. Have maintained these gains for apx 6 years with periods of PE and periods of no PE with no measureable changes except smaller flaccid hangs when not PE’ing. __________________________________________________ ___________________________________

Varies a lot. When I’m not dating, I masturbate between 2x week and 3xday. When I’m with a girl, I just try to get as much as I can get (2-3x day)!

Funny thing…I do drink a lot of milk 1-2 liters a day and I do take many showers a day (2/day in the winter and 3+/day in the summer)

Are there any Good GAINERS who take Caffine a lot, and with Habits like Smoking, booze etc….
Also how much does Stress and Inadquate Sleeping Affected PE.

As per my Guesses they are Negative PEs.
