Pumping vs hanging

Hey guys just wanted some help deciding what one to chose. I was just wondering what the general consensus is on what gives better results. I’ve heard a lot of talk about pumping, just hopin to hear something about hanging from some of the vets. Don’t want to purchase the pump before I hear what both sides have to offer. Thanks for your time guys.

I’m with stretching. The good old way ;) Stretch and jelq. The wonders it has brought me already :D

I used pumping when I was actively doing PE, but got as much if not more girth assistance from clamping. The cost difference is obvious. Hanging requires much more dedication and offers (IMO) a greater chance for damage from an improperly applied clamping device, not to mention the cost of the hanger or trouble to make one yourself.

I may be biased but I swear by pumping and at this stage I doubt I will consider anything else. Some of my gains have been slow to come however they have come and with little risk and no damage.

IMO: Pumping is only good for measuring. It won’t produce anything except false fluid build up. The results are purely temporary.

I say measuring because you can’t lie in a tube. It is by far the most accurate way to measure.

If you pump often enough you might get some sustainable plumpness, but given some time away from the tube and take an ibuprofen and you’ll be right back where you were before you started.

Dedication and vigilance will give you the best gains. I think both methods are capable of producing real results but, personally, I’m partial to hanging and ads based on my limited experience.

Id have to say Im one of them. Nothing against Monty, hes clearing stating an opinion but my results from pumping have been permanent even after the decon. break.

I’ll also add that my gains from pumping have been strictly length gains, no girth gains to report since starting PE which is quite sad. Im not starting to focus more on girth by combining pumping and clamping together.

I’m a big fan of pumping. It has given me girth gains primarily. If for no other reason, it’s a lot more fun. Once I reach my goal size, I would have no problem doing light pumping a few times a week to maintain gains.

You’re full of shit, Monty.

It’s been years now since I did active pumping and manual exercises and I am among the very laziest practitioners of a “maintenance” program. I’m still have my Platinum 8 x 6 Club card. The “bank” that offers these doesn’t know it, but I sometimes fall a tad below 8 L which I can get back quickly, if I do very little work before the annual renewal time. I never lose any of my girth gain, although a very close and intimate friend of mine may wish sometimes that I would.

It’s about how you go about pumping.

Just like it’s about how you go about hanging if you choose to hang. There are some guys who even do both.

I intend no disrespect Monty however I think that your view may be somewhat flawed owing to insufficient experience in the “pumping sector”. I know that hanging has worked for you,however in my humble opinion I think that you need to do some research because I certainly think that pumping has worked for some.Yes there is a chance that it may have not worked for you but we are all different. I will not speak for the veteran pumpers’ such as PEforeal and Avocet8 however I speak for myself pumping is what got me from 6.5 to +- 7.4 I do not do much but pump. I have spent weeks sometimes even months away from it and assure you my pumping schedule is rather erratic yet I have not lost any gains. I have no doubt that hanging works however trust me and the more experienced,pumping certainly works too Sir. Thank you.

I would only agree with Monty when you over pump and you cause all that fluid build up yes it is temporary. I guess if you cannot come out of that tube with an erection you are doing something wrong :)

Well it seems I have touched a nerve here.

I’ve read a few posts from individuals coming here from other forums that have purported to having pumped for years and experienced no gains, who were very glad to have found Thunder’s because it gave them perspective.

As for myself and my pumping experience I found the same results they did. Although I have found pumping useful I also found it less productive.
