I was hanging with a bib type hanger for the last 4 1/2 weeks and I’ve seen some great gains but for the last week I’ve switched over to vacuum pumping. I really like how easy it is, feels better and believe it to be safer. But wile I feel like I’m getting a great stretch I’m a little concerned about the excess skin that left over after all the swelling goes down.

Is it actually working internally or is it just stretching the outer skin? The concern is I’m uncut and I really don’t want any more extra skin.

Clamping might be better if you don’t want to gain any excess skin. I’m not sure if you get extra skin with pumping but you can always get cut if you do.

Yeah ouch I’ve thought about it, little bit of a chicken shit! Lol. Pumping seams to be working good and I’ve ordered a vacuum hanger that I think is going to work really well.

I think hanging does a little better for length gains, and pumps work a bit better for girth gains. To avoid stretching the skin with a bib hanger, you really have to wrap carefully and secure the hanger carefully.

If you choose to use a pump, wrapping the cylinder with an electric heating pad will keep your unit nice and toasty while you’re pumping, and that will lead to faster gains. The heating pad I use came from amazon (https://www.ama … /dp/B008744QM4/ ); I wrap it around the cylinder and secure it with a couple of rubber bands.

Yeah I do the same thing similar with a rice sock. Realy makes it swell. And yes its all in the wrap with the bib.

Can you guys elaborate on wrapping correctly when hanging. Been hanging for a while but not sure my wrap is correct.

Wrapping is a pain in the ass. Get a sleeve.

Yes it is a big pain!! Trying to hold the foreskin back and get it wrapped correctly is like trying to do a magic trick, then when you do get it right you can only use the bib for 20 minutes then you have to do it all over again. I have ordered a vacuum hanger kit but its coming all the way from Slovakia Europe and it won’t arrive until the 13th looking very forward to trying it out!!

I have experimented with hanging directly after pumping. I fully believe in the benefits of elongation following expansion. During my time doing so, I saw a great increase in length in under 4 months time.


The only secret is that it takes determination, motivation, consistency, and dedication.

Know your body's minimum and maximum limits. Every man is different. Only YOU can find what is effective for YOU.

Most assume that pumping is only for girth, but the penis pump is essentially an expansive device. Another example of an expansive device would be a clamp. Expansion works in all directions.

Me personally, I’m thinking I should focus on length before switching the focus to girth. What type of hanging system would you recommend? I hope I’m not breaking any rules by asking.. I understand a sleeve is generally advisable.

I like the idea and convenience of pumping as it seems less dangerous to me at low pressure but I read somewhere that the gains are only temporary where as gains from stretching/hanging/traction devices are permanent.. Maybe someone with experience can shed light on this.

If wanting to focus on your length then the Hanging/Stretching methods can be very efficient, only if you stick to it and stay consistent that is. You will definitely get the longer-lasting results and I would say starting at around 3-5 pounds is a nice beginning. Its the same principle as working your arms or another part of your body out and that is to cause micro-tears which will then heal with new tissue which intern makes that muscle either larger or longer. If done with discipline and slow upward increments in time and weight you will get the results! Also, talking about sleeves, it’s a good idea to wear Anti-turtle sleeves after a hanging/stretching routine or you can wear them when Pumping too. If wearing them after a Hanging session, it helps in keeping your penis an a elongated shape to help cement the gains that you are getting instead of your penis shrinking back down after a work out(we have all had this happen to us). When wearing the Anti-turtle Sleeves while your Pumping it can help cut down on bruising and also give you a more satisfying session. With Hanging your re in total control and also adding some types of “swings” like a “helicopter” motion can be beneficial as long as they are controlled and done with care. The next technique you could look into is combining the Pump and Hanging methods into one, Vac/Hanging.
