Pumping Vs Hanging
I was hanging with a bib type hanger for the last 4 1/2 weeks and I’ve seen some great gains but for the last week I’ve switched over to vacuum pumping. I really like how easy it is, feels better and believe it to be safer. But wile I feel like I’m getting a great stretch I’m a little concerned about the excess skin that left over after all the swelling goes down.
Is it actually working internally or is it just stretching the outer skin? The concern is I’m uncut and I really don’t want any more extra skin.
