Question on possible injury.

I posted here to hopefully get extra traffic on the thread.

About an inch below the head and on the right side, there seems to be a bit of inflammation. It seems more noticable when soft then when errect. It looks has the shape of a thickish vein, but it isn’t. It is just above the circum scar. You can move the skin around and the shape does not move. It is soft to the touch and does not hurt when pressed. Wearing a cock ring brings just a bit of pressure…not painfull - but just enough to knw something feels differently.

Is it possibly an inflamed lymph vessel??

The symptoms seems to be consistent with a T-vein, but it doesnt seem to be a vein at all and it isn’t hard and there are no “pearls”.

Thoughts?
