Is there any prohibition on posting copyright material?

Yes there is a prohibition, with qualifications.

Short news articles or brief excerpts from more extensive material (for review purposes) are allowed as long as there’s a link to the original web site. If the material is not from a place that can be linked to, is an entire .pdf of a booklet, or is several pages of material from another site, then it’s not allowed.
