Retruning to PE
I have returned to PE after some time now, and I have decided to focus my work on girth. Because I figure with girth, length will follow (plus I’m 7.5in./8in.). My work will consist of :
10 min. Warm up (with a inferred lamp)
2x25 wet jelqs (double-handed count, at three different angles (0, 90, and 180). So in actuality I’m doing 300 single handed wet jelqs and 150 double-handed wet jelqs)
3x3min clamp
I also try to do this workout twice a day resting on Thursdays. With what I know this should be an okay workout as long as I get enough rest, eat healthy, and drink a lot of water. But if anyone see problems with it please let me know.
