Separating Masturbation and PE
This is really a thread to myself, to encourage me to separate masturbation and PE formally. I need to delineate work-time and play-time in a much more meaningful way.
The issue is that wet-jelqing usually starts to feel pretty good, and masturbation after a good clamp is amazing.
But, even though it feels good, the thought of an orgasm wandering around the back of my mind during my workout, is much like considering a post-gym drink during lifts and a long run.
You cannot allow those distractions to interfere with your workout in the gym or with PE, nor with any activity you are working on for improvement. Your work must be focused, without interruption, or you will never achieve your goals.
So this is a message to me, from myself, posted here in the hopes that it will stick: Saul, you need to focus on your PE, especially your girth routines, and worry about masturbating later. I give you permission to jelq and squeeze when you are already masturbating, but the official PE workout needs to conclude with ~no~ happy ending. If you want to masturbate later, that’s fine, but give it at least two hours after your workout, in order to thoroughly separate the two activities in your mind.
They might both feel pretty good sometimes, but remember: masturbation is not PE, and PE is not masturbation.
And I need to separate these two things in my mind. Time to step into the ring with my own mental impulses…
