Septum

Exactly how do you target the septum when hanging or stretching?
(Straight out? Fulcrum?)
And where will you feel the stretch in the septum? The topside of the shaft?

Perhaps this diagram showing the location of the septum will help you. I think pretty much every stretch targets the tunica and since the septum is the membrane that divides the chambers, the septum is targeted with every stretch also.

Although I agree with gprent to some degree, I feel that the septum can be specifically targeted. I got great results by hanging SO and using a fulcrum.

Thanks for the advice.but I am still wondering :

How will I know I am working the cord/septum. As in, what will it feel like, where will the stress be?
(Ots-underside of the shaft-behind the balls/ btc-abdomen.etc.)

Per say I put the fulcrum at the very base of the penis, and I am doing an inverted A-stretch.where will I feel the stretch?before the fulcrum/ after the fulcrum??
