Shaft Hair

Note to Mods if this goes threw twice just delete one, Anyway about a month ago I cut my shaft hair and it hasen’t grown back yet. Now I’m not saying this is a bad thing but I want to avoid any cysts or ingrown hairs. What happened was I was cutting and accidentally cut my dick so I used one of those no nix sticks that you use to stop the bleeding after shaving it worked, the bleeding stopped but no shaft hair has grown back yet.
