Shave

1234

I have to shave on the bottom of my shaft and base of my penis. The problem is that I get horrible ingrown hairs sometimes. Maybe I can try and ‘Nair’ it?

Oh yes, and I have shaved the entire area years ago, but it actually makes it looks smaller without the surrounding hair.

I shave my shaft and balls, but leave the pubs trimmed.Do girls not like the hair around the penis.should I shave it all?

Been awhile since I have last visited. This summer, I decided to try waxing myself since tweezing was a little much in terms of maintenance. I highly recommend, Surgi-wax for Private Parts available at Walmart. Worked like a charm and the hair peeled off with no pain. Perhaps this was due to the conditioning from tweezing. It was not messy and unlike preconceived notions, I didn’t have to yank the wax off quickly.

Talk about smooth, no shave will ever come close to these results. Just my humble opinion.

YMMV.

yeah Im a tweezer…might look into that private parts wax thing from wal mart though sounds great!

A question about waxing. It seems to me that you would have to wait until the hair has grown back out a good bit before you can wax again. I would think you have to have some length before the wax will grab it enough to pull it out. Maybe a quarter inch? Just a guess.

So, if you’re in between waxings, you’re just going to be a bit hairy, and not be able to do anything about it except shave.

Isn’t this a fundamental downside to waxing?

Yeah I get those pimple like thing ingrowns hairs. I’m ganna try plucking hopefully do sent hurt too bad/

I shave all round .. Less sweat .

Yeah you have to wait until hairs go back otherwhise it hurts like hell but hair isnt long enough to be pulled off. Negative on the second question, what you do is wax and then as soon as hairs grow a bit use a tweezer to take it off. I know that sounds time consuming and painful but it’s not really. A few mins every couple of days and youll get them all. It’s all about regular maintanance. As for pain the actual waxing bit is more painful than using tweezers

I use a battery epilator. It can be a challenge so to speak, but its easy if you use EMLA cream an hour before you start. Then its a doddle and painless, the results are good and it takes weeks for the regrowth to be a problem. I’m into my fourth cycle now and the hair is already getting weedy and less of a problem.

EMLA - local anaesthetic, available over the counter in UK.

Shave with electric hair trimmer, balls included.

I used the emjoi machine, back a few years ago for about a year.
It did wonders throughout as far as getting rid of the hairs for a better amount of time compared to shaving and much smoother, but after about 4-6 months of using this method I started getting nasty ingrown hairs everywhere and that went on for a another 6 months or so with me trying many products/methods to get rid of them while still using the emjoi, but they just kept coming. It took a year or so from the scaring from the ingrown hairs to go away after the use of the emjoi.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Found any solutions to solve this and still use the emjoi?

I have went back to shaving since then.
Using that Emjoi hurt like hell , but I liked it, it strengthened my pain barrier.
