Has anyone experimented with short intense sessions throughout the day. I was thinking of doing 3 to 4, 5 minute sessions of intense dry jelquing minus heat wraps and throwing on a cock ring afterwards. What do you veterans of PE think?

I’m not a veteran by any means however I can only think this would be bad (depending on your use of the term ‘intense’)

I can imagne some attention to it throughout the day would be of some use but intense maybe not.

Let’s see what the real vets think.

It all depends how your penis reacts. But you need to finish the newbie routine first. Have you done that?

I would think time-saving sessions wouldn’t work well unless you were already conditioned. I jogged in my youth and typically did about 3 miles in 22-26 minutes. After doing it for quite some time I would sometimes run it in 17-18 minutes or so if I wanted to get the exercise out of the way but was in a hurry for a date or something. If I had tried doing the faster runs (or even my ‘standard’ runs) without first getting in shape for it I would have either failed or died!

I stretch really hard for a few minutes every time I piss and when I shower. I jelq whenever I can because of privacy issues. Usually like 1 to 3 times a week. Some weeks every day.. Some not at all. It’s been working for me. I’ve gained 3/4 inches since I started like 6 or 8 months ago.

I have gained the most through clamping with short very intense sessions. Just 3 sets 5 min sessions. I think every guy is different. I know that under doing it is a lot better then over doing it. This PE thing is hard to master. It took me awhile to find what worked for me.

I believe girth needs recovery time. But like I said everyone is different here.

I believe that I if you are gaining then short intense workouts should be done once a while to shake things up and for a little variety.

I did intense stretching 5-6 times a day for only 3-4 minutes. You need to be very familiar with how much your unit can take. The risk is high, but for me the reward was worth it. I gained 2” in length over 1 year.

I did something similar for girth and gained 1 1/4 ” over that same year.

Like the others are saying, make sure to finish the newbie course and then some before trying this.

I did short sessions throughout the day. Not so intense, but with the same intensity as the morning session, which was longer. Whenever I could I would go to the bathroom and dry jelq a little more, that was when I started PEing, almost 5 years ago. I grew 1” in length before my first 2 months, but it cost me about 75000 jelq strokes, no kidding!

Nope. I just figured out by the time I spent in total on each day and the speed (high speed, haha!!) in which I jelqued.

This is what I do. I try to do between 5 and 10 2-minute sessions throughout the day.


Start: (6-27-03/at age 45) 3.75" BPEL, 4.75 EG". Current: 6" BPEL, 5.5" EG ... Update (2/2010): My current love doesn't want me any bigger... can you believe it? So, I've decided to take a break from PE. But I'm still happy to inspire people and respond if you contact me.
