Short pump after jelqing

After I jelq my pump only lasts a couple of minuets then it gets a little smaller. It’s not at a completely flacid hang, but it’s not a real good pump either. Anyone know how to stop this? I jelq for 15, then heating pad wrap for 5.

I guess it depends on a lot of things; like at what level you jelq at etc…. I don’t think there’s any ‘time’ you can say without all the facts.

I jelq at high level for 15 mins. What other info do you need?
