Should I stop when I get the donut
Ok, I’m fairly new to PE. Been kinda doing it on and off for a few months.
Anyway, after I’ve warmed up and everything I’ve been doing mainly Uli squeezes and some jelqs and about 10 mins (maybe less) into it I notice the donut ring has appeared.
Question is.. Should I stop the session at this point and carry on the next day or whenever it has gone away or does it not matter too much.
