Should I stop when I get the donut

Ok, I’m fairly new to PE. Been kinda doing it on and off for a few months.
Anyway, after I’ve warmed up and everything I’ve been doing mainly Uli squeezes and some jelqs and about 10 mins (maybe less) into it I notice the donut ring has appeared.
Question is.. Should I stop the session at this point and carry on the next day or whenever it has gone away or does it not matter too much.

DOnut goes away in a 12 hours period anyway. I would continue. Donut effect is only fluid, it is not like you pop a big vein and blood comes out. Nothing dangerous.

To get a donut after only 10 minutes seems pretty extreme. I am guessing you must be using a lot of force. As a newbie, you have to start slow, so cut back on the amount of pressure you are using to at least moderate and make you sessions more pleasure then pain.

I wouldn’t do uli’s yet, wait for a while - stick to the manual stretches and jelqs.
