Should jelqing be included?
Hey Guys!
I hear lots of guys on here saying that length gains should be saught after prior to girth gains. I also hear about lots of guys saying that they do hanging sessions for like 20 minutes at a time. Now, im just wondering, since im looking to gain an inch at least of length before i start to really focus on girth size, if just stretching for more reps (doing like 10-12, 1 minute stretches as it is) or if possibly 2 different times during the day would be smarter?
Ive been PE’ing on and off for a couple years but it was my New Years resolution to stick with PE this time and achieve the goals i want. I currently am using a 2 on 1 off approach to my rutines and have been including jelqs for the past month. I havent been gaining length as much as i wish i could be. But have been gaining girth. I took 5 days off over the last weekend and when it came time to stretch today it was difficult almost because i noticed i was thicker and couldnt get a proper grip (and hence, developed a growing erection).
