I second shortshort: Why the gun? We’re trying to make these things cheap, right. why not just pour the mix into the mold? I’m also thinking that the air bubbles might not be a problem if you make the sleeve walls thick enough.

Because they come in tubes like an epoxy gun look at smooth on.

I live in the UK and found plenty of websites that sell the stuff but nowhere that ships to the UK!

I’ll try to make a mold soon, but I still have no idea how to get a hold of Ecoflex 0030. I don’t want to try any other silicone because I don’t have enough money to experiment around and 0030 seems to work just right.

I read this whole thread yesterday and it looks very promising. Trial kit of Ecoflex 0030 seems sufficient for plenty of sleeves for ADS and vacuum hanger, it would probably last for years if only one person uses it.

I’ve been wearing an ADS I bought off EBAY for about 7 months now, and while it’s for the most part comfortable, I’m wondering if there’s a way to make my own that will be even MORE comfortable.

Not too long ago I used a “clone-a-willy” kit to make a clone of my erect unit. What if I did the same thing with, say, an 50% erection, and then used that “clone” of my semi-erect cock as the inner part of a ADS mold? If I ended up making an ADS with the inner shape that perfectly conforms to the shape of my cock, wouldn’t that be the ultimate in comfort? No more blistering, no painful ridges on the inside, and the ADS shape will actually grab me better.

Has anyone tried anything like this?

The clone-a-willy kits are like, $20, available even on Amazon. It only takes a few minutes. My wife loves the clone of me, and we sometimes use it to simulate DP. I’m hoping that one day soon, I’ll compare the clone to the (new) real thing, and can see the difference between the old me and the new me!

Yes, just make the sleeve walls thicker to handle more weight.

I have found that sleeves with thick walls handle more weight, last longer, and are easier to make as you don’t need to worry about bubbles so much.

So, any national stores carry ecoflex 0030? Ordering from smooth-on and they want $20 for shipping(UPS ground) for the trial kit even though they could ship it USPS priority for $5. Any places in SD/OC areas that carry this? I don’t care if local stores costs more but I’m not going to pay exorbitant shipping rates. I do not believe I’m violating any site rules as some other vendors were mentioned. But if I am I apologize in advance.

Is the shipping cost so high because this stuff has to be shipped hazmat?

I think it’s actually South LA County and a long way from San Diego. Maybe the distributor would only charge you actual shipping cost vs the manufacturer.

My problem is not the sleeve. But the cap. I tend to get erection while wearing the vacADS, and I get a sensitive, sometimes a tiny bit painful spot on the dorsal side of the head where the cap marks and presses against the gland.

Does a bigger cap helps?

And where does the blistering occur? I have used it for 5 days now, and so far it is ok, except when I get erection! Arrrrr…

Blistering is a function of too much force and too much time, I think.

I am not understanding the functionality of the tube.. How does it work? What is it intended to do?
