Silicone Sleeves - Make your own

Hi!

I bought a year ago autoxleeve, and I’m very happy with the device, but the 2-3 first months with every sleeve is a dream come true.

I’m wondering to do my own sleeves for have new sleeves always. But there is a think that worry me, what kind of silicone have you used? Because I read that there are some toxic silicones forthe skin.

Thank you and regards from Spain with my primitive english xd

Silicone Sleeve

I tried a couple times to make my own but kept getting bubbles in the sleeve. I finally found this guy on eBay that sells the sleeves for a decent price. I am now just biting the bullet and saving the time by buying them online. 6 Silicone Sleeves for Penis Enlargement for sale online | eBay.

I think its advised to vacuum the air out of the silicone before using it.

Nope just finishing a decon break since I had a long vacation.

I dont think you need to gas the silicone. Especially the stuff we are using. That makes it totally cost-prohibative. I used my sleeve for 3 months no issues and thats with the weaker ecoflex.

you could always slightly microwave/warm the silicone before mixing that will get rid of some bubbles naturally. But I really see no need to vaccuum homemade ones.

Dicken:
I found out that Creartec in Germany is making silicone for moulding. Have you tried it? The softest is Silcoflex HE. http://www.gers taecker.de/shop … ecker.de-49141a

My german is abit outdated, is it safe to use is on your skin? I readed that no protective gear is necessary, but i do not know for sure. If it is safe then it is a solition for european PE’rs.

The pdf for the product specifications doesnt say tha tit is harmfull. It just says to wash skin with soap after getting into contact. I think its safe.
Im jsut not sure if this can be used as the model for the silicone sleeves as both are silicone and it might stick to each other..
The text says its used as model to form resins in it.

To create a model I would rather use alginat which is widely available.

Is it important to wear a sleeve after completing a daily extender routine?

It can help to stay elongated so you heal in an elongated state. But people gained also without sleeves..

Google: Ecoflex 00-50 400 ML Cartridge. Made by Smooth-On. I already made a mold years back and just made 4 more sleeves a couple weeks ago. They are not irritating to the skin in the vest least. To minimize bubbles, poor into mold very slowly. This creates a very thin stretch of material as it falls into the mold which helps prevent/reduce bubbles. Another thing can do is tap the mold once filled. Still small bubbles will be there some, but the sleeves are still quite strong. I went from the 30 to 50 Ecoflex. It reports higher strength and it feels great. I also can suggest the cartridge. It’s easier to get even measures. You don’t really need the gun. If someone goes this route, hit me up and I’ll tell you how to do it without the gun.

That material looks like just the ticket. I would be interested in making a mold if you could give some advice on that. PM me if necessary.

The mold is identical to the main man’s explanation here. TPS I think. I use duct tape instead of a rubber band and don’t fill to the top so it is essentially just a sleeve. I can take a pic if needed ok. Let me know.

How thick are your molds Monty?

Too strong? I’ve not read anything about this one or another and that’s from lack of simply not reading it. I know from personal experience. I made first sleeves with 30. This other is 50. I can’t detect anything close to a difference. The site says 50 is stronger and that’s what I wanted. Something that does’t rip as fast as 30s. It does seem more stiff, but my 30s were/are older and I figure they loosened some over the years and with use. Same mold for both used and I believe it to be identical. I can take a pic if it helps.
