simple routine
My main goal in PE has always been to gain girth.
After trying different routines, it seems i have finally found one that works for me.
In the morning, 3 minutes slow dry jelqing for 3 minutes to warm up and continue with 15 minutes dry jelqing with an 80% erection. I also kegel between each stroke to have more blood.
I do this 2days on 1 day off.
After 1 month:
1) very hard erections for a longer period of time
2) after the routine swelling is very important (cant close my fingersaround my dick)
3) i have gained flacid length
4) improvement in girth
I havent made any measurments, but the gains are visible and most of all my gfriend has noticed it!
