I am a heavy smoker. I heard that if you quit smoking, only by that you can increase your penis erect length up to 0.5 inches and girth up to 0.3 due to better blood circulation. Can an ex smoker confirm that?

Man the only way smoking is related to your penis is by the EQ stuff.

If you smoke a lot your EQ will go down. Some people will gain size through improved EQ that’s all.

I quit smoking about 1 1/2 months ago and I feel very good. No size gains because we already do kegels,PE so we are at the best of what we can be man.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

I thought that would be the case. So if there is an increase in size it is from harder erections. Size is allready there. I think I got it right. Yes?

I know it because I’m a smoker, and some years ago I have stopped with it (not now unfortunately).

My erection was stronger, my breath and my heart works better, all in the sex was better. The real size is obviously the same, but with a real real erection your dick is bigger, because all the blood is inside, and your heart can push all the blood inside.

So you have the best size possible.

I can confirm that, but if you think about it there is nothing to confirm, is obviously.

Also, if I can, we know that we live in free place, free state, where we can do what we want (respecting the others).

Also drink alcohol, have drugs can kill the EQ.

Probably not when you have 20-25 or 30 years old, but when you have more than 40 years old (as like as me) you know that you start to pay all that you have done.

I know it man, I know.

Sure, sweet jelq and kegels can help your EQ, sure.

But a better way of life is much better for our penis. Also if it is at the same size that now. Is better a penis that works better than a bigger one.

For me, I can only talk about me.

Harder erections will be from a more healthy, oxygenated blood flow (ie., w/o pollutants). Hard to overstate how important that is to… life in all its facets.

You will have bigger erections for sure, I only recently started and will be stopping quite soon, really don’t like it, but with a cup of tea in the morning, it’s great :)

I can confirm and think since I started smoking a few years back I have lost size even when I’m at my hardest. Of course it could be uncemented gains but size definitely decreased when I started smoking heavier.

Totally out of subject maybe, but.. May I suggest vaping?, I have been vaping for almost 3 years now, before that I used to smoke a pack a day ! After I stopped and got into vaping, not only my EQ improved, but also many other aspects of my health, if you research half as much about vaping as we all do about PE, you would find vaping is a really great solution to stop smoking without cutting off the neurological, psychological and physiological bonds that smoking gives you.
