Here’s another good thread on the subject of penis smooth muscle: The Penis (smooth) Muscle Theory
Remek, we are both witches and will be burned at the stake for believing the penis has muscle. But I guess the cat is out of the bag so to speak.
But then they thought Lister was a nut. They thought Newton was one filament short of a bulb. I agree with Xenoliths theory but at the same time I give lots credence to Slayters theory. I in a sense combine the two. IPR but with plenty of down time between Intense manual PE. As in my thread discipline pays off."
It is a balance between stress placed on smooth muscle followed by comeplete rest up to 48 hours or even up to 72 hours with a decon break lasting a week at the end of every 6-8 week session.
I’m going to shorten my personal routines to 4 week sessions with a week long break between program changes. I alternate between the "Sizemiesters program" and the "Mementos Momentous Gains program," with consistent ballooning mixed in.
But I must confess my grips are perhaps lighter especially the base grip, and the grip below the glans even lighter still as in my thread "Jelqing Advice".
I feel rotating routines keeps my dick fooled it can’t get used to the programs and it is always changing up due to new stresses placed upon it.
I often used varied grips. The standard OK grip, The "V" grip and the "you" grip, this is a jelq done with the underside of the penis in mind. This hits the underside of the CC.
My Uli’s are not performed on a 100% erection but on a 70-90% erection. I let the erection die down now and then before I change hands. This to keeps the pecker on it’s toes. I think deflating and inflating also helps with gains.
The trick with smooth muscle is to always introduce something new.
