So at nearly 6.75” I seemed to have stopped growing.

So at nearly 6.75” I seemed to have stopped growing.

Nearly one full inch in 6 months.. nearly, but not quite. I am stretching more than ever. Pulling harder than ever. I feel the burn! But, the ruler doesn’t lie and I can’t seem to pass 6.75 bpel.

I want 7+… gosh, maybe even 8!

Any words of wisdom? Any motivation from the crowd?

How long has it been since you reached the 6.75” BPEL mark?

Starting: 5 BPEL x 4.5 EG on 4/19/03

Latest: 6 BPEL x 5 EG on 2/17/04

Goal: 7 BPEL x 6 EG

Try taking a week or two off. Just to let your penis relax and heal properly. Then do a very intense “shock routine” to maybe wake up gains.

I agree. If you have been stalled for months, take a break then come back with a slightly different routine or focus (hint: hang).

Hanging seems like a good alternative, to stretching. Remember, those tribe members had dicks down to their knees; dicks they could tie in knots! Of course they apartently couldn’t get hard, so don’t overdo it!

If you don’t hang than hang, if you do hang than hang more. If you can’t hang than take a little break than come back and turn up the intensity a bit.

If you’re not gaining for a few months, there’s nothing better than a few weeks of no PE. You’ve surely cemented your gains at that point.

Good advice, MDC.. It sounds logical and if/when I hit that point, I’ll remember those words.

Sometimes it’s easy to loose confidence. But I got my wits about me again and realize that not seeing immediate gains isn’t the end of future gains.

I have been just under 6.75 for about a month and a half.. getting past that point is a personal goal indicating 1 inch. Perhaps I was a bit impatient.

I shall continue to persevere! Thanks for the good words and advice.

"shock routine"

some “shock routine” sample

A sample of a shock routine can be described as a routine that brings
you to complete failure/fatigue and maybe even a little further.If you
were a bodybuilder these would compare to the “reverse pyramid type
sets.” I guess a basic PE “shock routine” would be your regular routine
doubled. Instead of 20 minutes of jelking do 40 minutes or as much as
you feel necessary to go to failure. :!: THESE SHOCK ROUTINES ARE NOT MEANT FOR A DAILY BASIS. :!:

Your body adapts to stress, so doing this is believed to break the
routine that your body has adapted to. Therefore stimulating growth.

Another way to “shock” is to completely change your routine. i.e.
Instead of wet jelking do dry jelking or instead of jelking do squeezes
or pumping, instead of stretching do hanging, etc. This process allows
you to hit areas that maybe were’nt touched with your standard routine.
Breaking new fibers and again stimulating more growth. Comparing it to
bodybuilding it would be like trading standard bicep curls for hammer
curls etc.

I think this is what you were looking for but if not I hope this helped. Maybe others can post their exact “shock” routine for you or try a search.
