Okt-Dec ‘03; Gained .4 inch. length

Stopped

Feb-May ‘05 begin at Thunders; .6 inch length gain

June - 4 November; gained 1/8 inch.

All the gains were from jelqing and stretching.

Now a big break. At least a month.

I know it’s about what works for me. But since I have no good gains lately, I could use some insights.

I want to have big erect length gains first.

Goal 8 * 6
Recent 6.9 * 5.5 (midshaft)

Increase your stretching time and put in some different stretches like the inverted v stretch.

Maybe I have some more luck if I pick that up again after my break.

My advice means nothing, ok? I am certain that I know less about PE than you do.

Have you considered hanging? If you are unable to hang perhaps an ADS or leg stretcher that you could wear after you perform your jelq and manual stretches would be able to get that thing growing again.

I think the decon break will do you good. XLmagnum had made some great gains after his breaks. But the advise of Bird2 about the stretching time can also be the way.. What is the time that you spend on stretching per day? Maybe it is also good for you to buy a IR lamp. While stretching (and jelqing), you can then continuously heat your penis and ligs.

For the motivation; you’d made some good gains in the past, you know that this stuff works and I believe that you will gain in the future.

Don’t know for sure, but I think you can stretch while you’re in the decon break. Stretching doesn’t require much healing time such as jelqing. But it’s your choice…

PE SMART - Quality is infinitely better than quantity. Monitor your progress. Make changes accordingly.

Sounds to me like you need to add in some fulcrum work to break-up your ligs.

That’s the problem with breaks they only work if you do NO PE’ng and they are long enough for the tissues to normalize, otherwise you just give your unit an opportunity to gain strength.

Then how will you know if a break was long enough? No PE’ing in my break, only the homedic wrist wrap for two weeks and the pe-weights for the other two weeks. That’s the only pe related thing I did.

What you said worry’s me a bit. However, I will go on for 2,5 month to build up some hardcore hanging and see what happens.
