I’ve been doing the following..

3 x 10 min pump
3 x 10 min clamp
3 x 20 min hang 5 lbs
1-3 hours ADS..

.Per day for the last 2 weeks, I’ve had a sore base of the penis, it doesn’t seem to go that deep when I touch it and massage it, so it seems to be on the surface but a little deeper than the skin, there are 2 main veins that run watch side of the penis.. It might be those veins that are sore, and if so does this make much sense to anyone. I didn’t want to put this in the injury part of the forum as I’m not sure it is as of yet, I think it’s just soreness of an intense workout but want to ask if anyone else has this feeling after PE. I’m doing 5 on 2 off.

You’re doing a lot of stretching there, between the hanging and the ADS. I wouldn’t be surprised if you developed some tenderness as a result.

Yeah sounds like sore ligs maybe from all the PEing. Becareful and continue to check those veins for any funny feelings.

I had some base pain during my early jelging and it was a result of me pulling the skin too roughly. Having modified my method of jelqing the pain is completely gone and I can jelq forever without any problems. However, looking at your routine I can’t see how that could be your problem(I don’t see any jelqing)

It’s gotta be from the pumping and clamping. I get a little sore at the base if my clamp sessions are to intense. But generally goes away by the next day or so.
