Sore Tunica. What do I make of it?
I’m trying to figure out if daily stretching is going to be counter productive.
My manual stretches make my tunica rather sore. I do girth work, either 2 day on and 1 day off, or 3 days on and 1 day off. Should I keep stretching DAILY, even if my ligs and tunica are sore?.
My understanding of this so far, is that with length work, you don’t want “healing” to occur, and cause the penis to turtle back to size, and make the next time stretching even more difficult.
