Squeezes plus tunica stretching?

I am tired of the mess I have to clear up after every jelqing session. Dry jelqing doesn’t feel good and wet jelqing is messy. So I am thinking of switching to squeezes for my girth. How long are squeezing sessions meant to last? Do I need to spend less time on squeezes than I ordinarily would on jelqing, which would be 20 mins? How long should I spend on squeezes each day if I am only doing that for girth from now on?

As for length gains, I am going to only do tunica manual stretching. I am using a grip I would like to check with others to see if it is ok. I grab my dick, then I pull upwards towards my chin, whilst instead of my dick pointing towards my chin, I have bent the shaft so that the head is pointing downward while the base is being pulled upwards. I think it might be like a reverse v-stretch position, only for the tunica. I hope you understand what I mean. Does anyone else use this grip for the tunica stretch?

Yup. It works well. Wouldn’t that be considered an “A” stretch?

If you’re doing your squeezes by hand, I’d say hold each squeeze of your choice for a full thirty seconds each. When I was doing them by hand, I jelqed in between squeeze sets, about 100 jelqs for every three squeezes of thirty seconds each (that would be considered ONE set). By the time I completed the fourth set, I was done. I gained girth this way over the last month (5-6 days a week for four weeks). It might even work faster for you, cause everybody’s different.

But if your looking to chuck jelqing for a while, then build yourself a “Uli Thing” and do squeeze sessions with that. No muss, no fuss. If you wanna know more, just say so.

Thanks Prickle, I have heard of an A stretch but I didn’t know that was what it was. I came back to this forum after being away for a long time and it had all suddenly evolved with lots of names for things the forum never talked about before. It’s all confusing to me, lol. I don’t even know where the instructions for all these knew grips, exercises and abreviations are. They don’t seem to be in the same place as the first instructions from this site are. If you ask me this site could make it a little clearer as to where to find all these instructions for these new things. There seems to be no order or filing system so you can find the instructions to everything new AND old easliy and in order, but maybe its just me.

I am going to look into building an Uli thing, thanks to your advice. I know where the instructions are for that atleast.

Oh wow, I just found the instructions links to all the new and old things in lil2big1’s instructions. The old stuff used to be there but the new stuff must have been added fairly recently because I didn’t see the new stuff in there before, or maybe it’s just me being blind, lol.

Thanks for the link Thunder, I have looked at the video of the A stretch in the link and I can now say that what I have been doing is not the A stretch. I am doing something different for my tunica. Let me explain……I am grabbing my whole shaft with one hand and pulling upwards, but whilst I am pulling upwards my hand is forming a cylinder around my shaft which is pointing away from my body parallel to the floor. To get an idea of what I am doing, clench your fist, then put it in the plane of your genitals, now make sure the row of your knuckles is parallel to the floor, so that your dick would be pointing parallel to the floor too, whilst you pull straight upward with your knuckles and dick parallel to the floor. It seems to give me a better tug at the base and behind and causes less tug on the skin at the base which sometimes breaks and gets irratated if I pull in a normal grip fashion. Anyone else grip like this? It’s quite good.
