Starting Clamping experiment soon. Advice appreciated

I just got done with my 12th set giving me a total of 1 hour clamping today with no sets above 5 minutes. I love it so far!

I’m going to wait to get some more experience before I start getting into the theory of what makes it effective in some cases but not effective in others. (Like drilla advised me)

Current thoughts:

To get size increase I must clamp the penis to above-erect levels. I think this because if it did not need to be above erect pressure then guys’ dicks all over the world would be increasing every time they have an erection. Think how many hours-worth of boner you’ve had.. The heart simply can’t give you the pressure required for growth.

I have some questions:

1. Do you think expansion comes from plastic deformation or from damaging the cells and triggering the body to grow more in the regions of damage?
2. Do you think that at above-erect pressures it is an increase in time or an increase in pressure which will give you the gains? (I.e. Is it creep or is it non-time-dependent deformation)

What do think about this routine?After 6 month of PE I reached 2cm of lenght and just 0.5cm of girth

Warm up 10 min
Stretch up down lef right 3set 30sec each
Jay stretch 3min
30 min jelq
400 erect kegel while I am wathing a porn movie to keep the rection

My question is the following
If I start to clamp after jelq (3sets 5min each just to start)do you think I am still goin to gain anything about lenght or not?
I started with 13cm of lenght and I am 15 already so it looks like I am not a fast gainer but I am gaining and I still want to gain.
If clamping is so dangerous for lenght gaining I don’t want to start yet.Can you suggest me anything else ?

My thoughts on your regime are that it has very little to do with my thread, but thanks for bumping it I suppose :)

Very interesting thoughts and questions here. There are 2 examples that come to mind in this case:

1. Drilla’s: He never clamped with extreme pressures but he got good gains over a pretty long period of time. So I guess one could conclude creep is what he used if you want to call it that.

2. Aristocane: He used extreme pressures over shorter periods of times. So I guess this would classify as non-time-dependent.

My conclusion is this:
PE is in its experimental phase and there is no scientific support to answer your questions. On the other hand, I believe there are 2 ways to gaining girth, clamping or whatever exercise you do:

1. High intensity clamping which will give you good and fast gains, but you will develop discoloration and injuries can also be problems.

2. Low intensity clamping where you will get results but over a much longer period of time but you will not get as much, if any, discoloration and lesser chances of injuries.

I have been thinking about discolouration over the past few months I’ve known about PE. My belief is that it is caused by all the tiny skin capillaries being filled with clotted blood causing the darkened appearance. I think that when you clamp or hang, it cuts of the skin’s supply of blood (note I am not referring to the inside of the penis) This causes a loss of blood flow and clotting can occur. This is why I decided to do only 5-6 minute sets. I believe once you take off the clamp and remove the wrap, all the blood pooling in the skin capillaries can be flushed out before it has chance to clot.

I also think that clamping shouldn’t cause red dots up the shaft like jelqing because you shouldn’t be increasing the pressure in the skin veins but rather in the CC which is separate.

My penis head can be softish when I clamp even though the shaft is rock solid and the ‘inner head’ is solid (I.e. The bump within the soft portion of the glans where I assume the CC ends). However I can make the glans hard by slightly moving the clamp upwards. I think this is due to forcing the blood in the skin arterioles upwards as opposed to the blood in the CC.

I have a question:
Do you clampers think that clamping cuts off outflow AND inflow? Otherwise I’m not sure why the blood wouldn’t just increase in pressure and backpedal up the artery. Potentially fucking up your arterial valves because of the high pressure. I reckon it might cut off both but then again maybe you have to clamp softer than full erection to be able to pinch closed both the veins and the artery supplying the CC with blood.

When I clamp, I don’t cut off bloodflow totally in either dimension as that will render my penis cold and numb with deoxygenated blood.

In my opinion, successful clamping should restrict outflow but not cut it off completely. It may also restrict inflow but to a far lesser extent. This means that a fresh supply of oxygenated blood is able to enter, while the old blood leaves at a slower rate through the restricted veins, keeping the erection pumped and superhard, but warm and circulated.

This is just my theory on how it all works and I could be wrong - the science of the process doesn’t really interest me as much as others. I just know that when performed correctly, it works. :)

Definitely seeing some good increases from this already. I’m waiting to get a free day to do it for multiple hours but I have exams atm so I’m making do with 30minutes-1hour here and there.

Increase in flaccid size and looks girthier already. Also EQ seems to have increased suprisingly, although I think it is because the clamping sessions with all the porn makes me so aroused LOL.

What has your schedule been (days on/off)? I am extremely interested in your approach and I am also starting clamping when I return from my trip in roughly 2 weeks. I will be following your thread very closely. Maybe you should even make a progress thread. I am thinking about doing 1 on 1 off for schedule.

How much expansion are you getting in the clamping during your last sessions?

Well I think we may be starting closer together than you think because I have university exams within a week and have decided not to clamp until they are over.

I am going to make back the time I’ve lost by aiming to do multiple hours a day.

Tbh the amount of expansion I’ve been getting during sessions seems to just stay with me. I think because I don’t clamp for long continuous time like 10 minutes, it prevents fluid buildup which could be accountable for making some people gain like half an inch or an inch during clamping.

My flaccid and erect volume has definitely increased since starting and I only got about 2 hours worth in. It’s also been a few days since I last clamped.

My real experiment starts when my exams are over in a week and 3 days.

(I finished my exams yesterday :D )

I might go for a monster amount of time today. I’ll see how it goes. Either way I’ll be doing atleast an hour or two.

So how’d it go? I didn’t get to clamp but I did my regular jelqing session with manual hand clamps.

What type of schedule are you aiming for? I have found 1 on 1 off to be pretty damn good.
