Hey guys,

I will shortly be receiving a pack of cable clamps and I’ve thought up the basics to my routine. They are based off a few logical points of reasoning which I will now list because I would like anyone who can see something wrong with them to let me know.

-The limit to length of time you can continuously clamp with no breaks is based on the ability of the tissues to survive with a low blood supply or none at all. For this reason I intend not to do 10 minute sets but only 5 minutes.

-The expansion is proportionate to time under tension therefore I will do 5 minutes on and 5 minutes off for a few hours straight while I am revising.
This will mean 50% of the time will be spent expanding but maintaining good blood supply due to only being clamped for 5 minutes at a time.

-The pressure is exerted equally on all faces (simple fluid dynamics) but due to the properties and dimensions of the supporting structure the penis will get more lateral expansion than longitudinal. (Anyone know of a rough ratio, like for every inch gained in girth you get half an inch in length?)
(ALSO remember that the girth increases with a increased factor of pi compared to the diameter therefore it’s not fair on the poor old length to compare it to girth in the first place! [As opposed to diameter.])

(?)- What are your beliefs on whether rest is required for cell growth or whether it is simply a plastic deformation of the tissue.

Personally, I think it would be fine.

Having clamped for a decent amount of time myself, I would say go slow. I’ve thought about doing the same thing, but could never pull it off in “stealth” mode. I can only “bathe” so much without extreme worry/suspicion from my girl.

Hell, she probably thinks I’ve been slowly morphing into crocodilia-cockus with all my time in the water these days.

Anyway, definitely should go extra light on the clicks. Don’t clamp down to the extreme and give yourself a nice window(several weeks) to build up to multiple 5 minute sets.

As for days off, you tell me after a few consecutive days of blowing your dick up:)

Since this thread has to do with clamping…I actually just bought a pair of wire clamps (same principle I think as cable clamps). Today was the first time clamping and of course I’m not positive everything went correctly. First of all, is the head supposed to be engorged-‘cuz mine wasn’t but I did noice engorged veins on the shaft. Also, I notice I’ll get soft and obviously the pressure decreases; should I be trying to stay hard for the duration of the clamp (I stayed clamped for 20 minutes trying to think sexual thoughts throughout but it’s hard sometimes.

Have you thought about not actually taking the clamps off after 5 mins. But loosening and letting the blood recirculate. Then tightening again.
This is how I clamp. Doing 15 min sets and re-tightening about 2-3 times during it. Just something to consider when you’re conditioned.

Depending on how far you take it and how much engorgement you get you may feel you don’t need to take days of on some days and differently on others.
After a few very intense sessions I always give myself a break. Not based on any theories of micro-tear rebuilding or similar. It’s simply because of soreness and to allow lymph fluid to disperse properly. I don’t want to be clamping a lymph’d up penis
[BTW when I say intense, I’m talking 4 clamps: 6 clicks on the first two and 5 on the second two. So very intense. Most wouldn’t go this far. And I’m sure you have more sense than me] ;)

Consider doing 10 minutes of O-Bends before the first clamping session and in-between sessions. I started doing that about a month ago and my clamped girth measurement is up 0.25”.

Ahopeful1: Thanks for the tip but I’m actually aiming to increase overall volume using clamping (I.e. Get some length) so I think I’d be better off not doing any girth specific exercises but I’ll look into those O-bends all the same.

You might also read through TNTjockey’s thread on clamping. He ended up doing some SERIOUS shite, but he also gained length w/ his routine. Think he had his wife pull on ye olde member during his last and final set(or something along those lines.

Got the clamps today!

For my own records I want to state I am currently 11cm mid-shaft girth.

It may be worth seeing how simple regular clamping feels for you without the theories and tinkering. It doesn’t work for everyone, so establish the basics of clamping first before embarking on personal experiments.

Drilla I have a question for you if you have the time.

Do you think it is important to have the fullest possible erection with the clamp on tight or just to have blood in the penis with the clamp holding the blood in?

Clamp a full erection at a firm tightness but not as tight as is possible.

So far I have done eight 5 minute sessions. Really quick and effortless compared to hanging, I have to say!!

Using only 5 minute sessions my penis didn’t even begin to lose warmth so I think I am going to greatly increase the number of sets (keeping them only 5 minutes long) over the next few weeks.
