States Of Mind, States Of Dick

States Of Mind, States Of Dick

I thought I’d start a thread and conversation about how mental states effect cock states. Being stressed affects our whole body. Stress can slow recovery and supress the the immune system. Being chronically stressed is bad news for your life in general.

When I feel…
-Relaxed
-Optimistic
-Good about myself

I notice that…
-flaccid big and pillowy
-whatvi have restored of my foreskin displays itself rolling over the head a bit.
-sensitivity better (even during flaccid, it likes to be touched)
-hard erections, that last longer
-more pleasure
-my dick likes PE

When I feel…
-Stressed
-Pessimistic
-Bad about myself

I notice…
-small hard flaccid acorn turtle mode
-not very sensitive
-meh erections
-faster ejaculations
-less pleasure
-my dick hates PE

So what can be done with these observations? I wonder if I can train myself to be more relaxed? Or do things that would make me more likely to be in a state of relaxation and positivity.

Some ideas:

1. Have multiple sessions of some sort of breathing or relaxation technique. Maybe we can train ourselves to be more chill and dickhappy?? I do a relaxation technique that gives me a huge soft flaccid that I wish would stay around all day but grrrr these morons around me piss me off!

2. Get better sleep

3. Quit caffeine

4. Manage my life/ relationships/ work

5. Get therapy to massage out the phychologically knots

6. Excercise regularly.

Please contribute anything you notice about how your mental states affected t your cock or performance, and what can be done to improve!

- Allow yourself a morning coffee, it does have benefits (Anti-oxidants, insulin sensitivity, etc.)
- Be careful with fasting. You may feel nice but it ramps up stress-hormons quickly.
- Eating sufficient in general. I’m calmer when above maintainance calories. I also don’t fuss too much about a sweet here and there, basics are solid.
- Plenty of sunlight and fresh air, weather be damned.

Personally - Getting motorcycle soon. Can’t wait to hoon around and forget about the mundane. Apparently there’s some other benefits to riding, supposed to be like meditating.

I’m going through everything that you describe right now. Things that have helped me include:

Talking things out.
Time with my dog.
Sex.
Reminding myself of things I’m thankful for.
Taking action by getting to know the Head Moron better and realising that his life outside of work is pathetic, and he’ll probably be dead within 3 months after he retires.
Generally not caring as much about work because it isn’t worth my health.

Good luck to all!

He was delighted as it stiffened

And ripped right through his sock

It’s been a good year

Other benefits like being a massive turn on for women. The first couple of times I put my girlfirend on my bike she was literally wet and biting her lip. This lead to… Interesting events in interesting places ;)

I’ve been having good results with taking Ashwagandha in terms of overall stress management which seems to have given me a better daily mindset in most circumstances and more consistent max flacid….

4. It Can Reduce Cortisol Levels

Cortisol is known as a "stress hormone" because your adrenal glands release it in response to stress and when your blood sugar levels get too low.

Unfortunately, in some cases, cortisol levels may become chronically elevated, which can lead to high blood sugar levels and increased fat storage in the abdomen.

Studies have shown that ashwagandha may help reduce cortisol levels (3, 14, 15).

In a controlled study of chronically stressed adults, the group that supplemented with ashwagandha had significantly greater reductions in cortisol than the control group. The group taking the highest dose had a 30% reduction, on average (3).

9 Proven Health Benefits of Ashwagandha

I can confirm this as well. I take Rhodiola in the morning and Ashwagandha in the evening and find I am much less stressed in general. I’ve had some recent circumstances that would have crippled me with stress, but I felt relaxed getting through it. I have no doubt it was those two supplements. My partner also suffers from really bad anxiety and has seen great improvements after taking Ashwagandha for several weeks.

V-twin then ;) ?

To the Ashwagandha you could add L-theanine with coffee. Has some calming effects and handy if you need to study a lot.

Sounds positive

The mental state is key IMO, and I do my best to always stay calm by focusing on my breathing.

Doing self hypnosis daily also helps in my subconsciousness re-affirming a positive mindset.

And if I’m having trouble smiling I put a pen in my mouth between the bottom and upper teeth as this is a very effective trick to make oneself smile. don’t believe me, just try it. I read of it the short time I studied psychology.

Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.
