If I do a few streches (about 10-15) without warming up from time to time when i go to the bathroom will they have any effect or I am stretching without any results ?

They probably won’t have any effect on their own, but might if added ontop of a full stretching routine, inorder to keep the bonds stretched out through out the day.

Several guys have posted about doing these “bathroom pulls” throughout the day. They can’t hurt.

what about the fact they are done without any warmup?

Well, it means you won’t be able to stretch the ligs or tunica as efficiently without them being very warm. I suggest that if you have to use the bathroom (bathrooms are actually rooms with baths in, hello americans! lol), you spend longer in there. I take it that you want to use this method because you don’t have time to fully do exercises, so want to use a workplace bathroom (toilet!) to do a few stretches, but don’t want to make it look suspicious by spending too long in there too often.

Well, you are just going to have to make time. If it’s a bathroom with cubicles then you don’t have to worry about hogging the bathroom and pissing people off or making them suspicious. You can use part of your lunch break in such a situation to do a proper workout. Say 20 mins.

If you don’t have such a toilet at work, then go to a burger joint and use their toilet, or a shopping mall’s. Use firm massaging on the entire pubic fat pad and penis for 5 minutes, to give the same effects as a hot wrap. Then 20 mins of stretches.

If you don’t get a lunch break then you should ask your boss for one from now on. If all else fails you will just have to make time to do it at home after finishing work. You need a proper workout each day or atleast once every two days, if you actually want to see good gains. The method you are using at the moment is only good ontop of a proper workout, not by itself. In my opinion.

Gottagrow I do have two workouts daily (jelqing + stretching) each one lasting minimum 20 mins but I was asking about these bathrooms pulls because I thought they might help me gain better if supplementing the two workouts (never considered them a real workout)

I think that they will be a good addition to your programme yes. Hot wraps aren’t needed for the occasional pull in the toilets to keep the bonds stretched out from an earlier workout. It won’t be intense or fatiguing enough to need a hot wrap. You don’t want it to be fatiguing either, just hard enough to stretch it out nicely, unlike the full workouts, where you want to get fairly fierce.
