Stretching and "inner penis" exposed-myth?

When erect, the penis is longer as it goes farest from your body - when pointing the floor is longest, when pointing the navel the shortest. When I pump I get the same measure in any angles (actually, a hair longer when pointing the navel).

I know this probably has been covered elsewhere but, what is the general consensus concerning whether or not pe makes your genitals grow or just stretches it out

The ability to lengthen the penis is not what is in question. Stretching does increase the length of the penis. Where this added length comes from is what is being discussed.

If the penis is not enlarged by stretching the ligs and it is not enlarged by revealing inner penis, then there must be another explanation for the growth.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Just because you can “feel” a sensation in your ligs does not mean they are actually changing in any way.

You can lift something heavy with one arm doing wrist curls and feel it to some extent in your shoulder. That’s not a great example on its own because you will also “feel” it in your wrist, elbow, etc., but what if for some reason your nervous system was set up so you couldn’t feel anything from the shoulder down? Your only feedback would be what you feel in your shoulder, yet obviously you would see the most gain in your wrist.

I believe the parts of the penis that are truly changing do not give the feedback that one would expect to “feel” from muscle growth, especially not the kind of feedback that body builders feel so, in my opinion, basing a PE routine on feedback from ligs is a mistake.

That’s what I think too. Actually, the supposed ‘good feeling’ could be bad; tunica (and ligs too) are like tendons; think when you stretch muscles - what They say? When you start feeling aching or pain then you should stop because you have gone too far. I can’t remember any ‘fatigue’ or ‘aching’ or whatever being associated with my gains; when I felt those, my gains stalled. I think about everything clamper-style hangers believe is wrong; it is not a coincidence that their ideas are not common among, say, pumpers or manual PEer’s, or even clampers.

PE allows us to gain efficiency in our erectile circulatory system, the existing erectile pressure is not adequate to maximize our erection. PE allows us to maximize the erectile mechanism and realize greater size (more inner penis exposure.) Weakening the connective tissue allows for our existing erectile pressure to achieve greater gains. Jelqing and other stimulus improves blood carrying tissue and allows the penis to take-in more blood for greater volume. This is why it is a slow process the capacity of the penis to accept more blood through the expansion of blood inlets and pipes requires long-term conditioning. But, as your pipes increase in diameter your erectile pressure becomes more efficient, it is analogous to any closed loop flow-metric system. The only way to move more blood with the same pump in the system is to expand the pipes. Ultimately, its about the blood, so volume is everything.
