stretching every day/seperate routine for length/girth
Hi Everyone,
I am just starting again after taking the las 2 weeks off due to fatigue, mostly of my BC muscle. Now my erections are back to normal, and its time to start again, but this time more carefully. I am starting a schedule of jelqing and squeezing every other day and slowly increasing the time and intensity. As far as stretching goes I want to stretch every day and slowly increase the amount of stretching as well. Is it a good plan to have seperate routines and schedules for length and girth, and is it ok to stretch everyday?
