Stretching for Girth - Progress

There are countless posts about stretching the tunica prior to girth work.
I am sharing my anecdotal evidence in this thread regarding that. Onyl thing I really noticed was on march 11th, I started stretching in front of my IR lamp 12 min that day. I kept on stretching for only a couple days and then continued back to clamping and jelqing. I gained a good 1/16” in MSEG, previously having hit a plateau for a while. I’m trying it again and I will post the routine from my log again here after a second round of success. I’ve noticed lots of success girth gainers did length exercises as well and gained plenty of girth. I have read plenty of the theories of stretching the tunica to allow greater girth expansion, but who really cares. If it works it works, that’s what I’m posting this to identify a pattern. The typical clamping with IPR principles is what I’m utilizing. Stetching on off days for about 12 min and stretching before clamp sessions.
