Stretching, Hanging And Jelqing

I’ve started a routine were I jelq in the morning , ADS strapped to my leg with a fair amount of tension all day (5-7 hrs) then I hang 3x sets of 20 mins getting up to 13 lbs atm, taking 1 day of every 3 days .. Anyone done something like this before?. And how much did they gain over what period? .. Thanks

You haven’t given us much info. Are you new? Have you conditioned? How long have you hung to get to 13 lbs?

My opinion is it’s a lot and if your not conditioned enough your gonna end up injured

Seems pretty extensive. How long have you been doing PE? How long did you hang at less weight before increasing?


Starting 10/09/17: BPEL 7” & MSEG 4.75”

Current 12/18/17: 7 1/2" BPEL & 5" MSEG

Goal: BPEL 9” & MSEG 6”

Been doing PE for about a year .. I started with Jelqing and a stretcher like sizegenics for 2 hrs a day increasing tension and time over 3 months till I was able to wear it all day pretty much but tension was cheap ( cheap device ) , I bought an ADS ( vacuum ) and started wearing all day at a fairly strong tension .. Taking a day off every 3 days , about 2 months ago I added in the hanger using my vacuum stretcher, I started at 2kg 3x sets for 5 days then went 3kg as it was to easy .. Right now I can start with 5kg and get to 6.25 kg by the last set .I use my barbell weights to hang with .I calculated it to ruffle 13 lbs almost 14

If you can, focus more time on hanging and less on ADS any manuals that you add in are a plus

I’ve been pumping for about a year now but haven’t really been jelquing or stretching; just edging before I got in the tube and between sets. I got a new 3 1/4 tube that’s nice for full package and I’ve also been making my pump sessions a bit longer so I’ve been doing fire-goat rolls between sets. I’ve known about jelquing but for whatever reason I never thought to do it so I worked some into my last pumping session and noticed that my flaccid looks a lot more natural. I’ve always had donut issues but the tweaks I’ve made in my last couple sets have been eliminating that. I’m seasoned in PE and have strong hands so I think I’m going to start incorporating this into my future sessions, it’s just figuring out frequency and intensity for the most gains possible. For a while I would just sit in the jar for over an hour straight at 5-6hg and my EQ would go down the drain, but now I’m finding the sweet spot where I keep gains into the next day but still have the EQ to have another workout. Does anyone have any routines that I could try out?

Hanging has always fascinated me but I never had the time or the space to do it / stash the toys until recently. I really like leather+neoprene stuff but I’m also a an oxballs fanboy and own a bunch of their silicone cock rings and ball stretchers.

I’m a little confused because originally you talked about hanging but now your mentioning pumping. So I’ll go off of some of the things I’ve don’t with both types of PE and since your conditioned you can’t think about trying it…….

So with hanging I have a love hate relationship because it’s so time consuming and so extremely boring but I’ve seen length jumps doing it. At first I would try for 6x20 min sets 5 days a week building up time before weight. I noticed I tend to do a hanging routine or cycle in the fall/winter months and their are others here like Bearded Dragon that also do this with results. The last cycle I did was in September and October, in that cycle I went for 3x20 mins 4-5 days a week with a girth maintenance afterward. That would consist of either clamping or pumping or a little of both. I still can’t get myself to go back to hanging as of today that’s how much I dislike it and I PE should be enjoyable.

Now on to pumping and clamping, as of now and for some time I’ve been pumping at 5hg 20-25 mins straight with heat then clamping for 10 mins I’ll do this 2-3 times a day 4-5 days a week always going off feel since clamping is intense. I’ll also stretch as much as I can remember throughout the day and while laying in bed. I get good results that last into the next day doing this. I also try and take 5-7 days off a month while my wife is on her monthly. Heck why be all pumped up for nothing!
