I’m a little confused because originally you talked about hanging but now your mentioning pumping. So I’ll go off of some of the things I’ve don’t with both types of PE and since your conditioned you can’t think about trying it…….
So with hanging I have a love hate relationship because it’s so time consuming and so extremely boring but I’ve seen length jumps doing it. At first I would try for 6x20 min sets 5 days a week building up time before weight. I noticed I tend to do a hanging routine or cycle in the fall/winter months and their are others here like Bearded Dragon that also do this with results. The last cycle I did was in September and October, in that cycle I went for 3x20 mins 4-5 days a week with a girth maintenance afterward. That would consist of either clamping or pumping or a little of both. I still can’t get myself to go back to hanging as of today that’s how much I dislike it and I PE should be enjoyable.
Now on to pumping and clamping, as of now and for some time I’ve been pumping at 5hg 20-25 mins straight with heat then clamping for 10 mins I’ll do this 2-3 times a day 4-5 days a week always going off feel since clamping is intense. I’ll also stretch as much as I can remember throughout the day and while laying in bed. I get good results that last into the next day doing this. I also try and take 5-7 days off a month while my wife is on her monthly. Heck why be all pumped up for nothing!
