I would recommend JAI’s or DLD blasters, both isolate ligs/tunica, so the stretch is where you want it and they are time efficient. JAI’s take even less time than DLD’s and they are easier to learn, but I recommend you give both a try. Generally DLD’s are thought as THE most efficient manual stretch but as said, it requires some studying and practise, learning curve included.
You are able to do a successful stretching session in 30 minutes, but it’s not much, since it would be nice to do some jelqing also.
The most important thing in PE is patiency. Just do your exercises and in time you will see gains.
