Supplements
I’ve been a faithful PE’r and reader of the forums for over a year. I’ve seen a lot of threads on supplements come and go. From what I think I’ve heard, most of us agree that pills alone will not give permanent gains.
I personally have tried many of the more popular “supplements” over the past year and have concluded that while many of them can get you pretty “geared up” none of them are worth using to increase the size of your unit.
Can anyone say without doubt that any one or combination of supplements has given them gains, or any other long term benefit?
