Surgery after PE for permanent gain?

Surgery after PE For Permanent gain?

I have been PEing for a while now. Went from 5.1’ BPE to 6.4’ BPE. EG went from 4.4’ to 5.2’. These gains were made between the age of 19 and 21. I have lost at least 1/3 of my gains since then. I was thinking of aiming for at least 8.5’ BPE and 5.5’ EG then getting surgery to cement the length and gains. Would this be a good idea? I googled the surgery results and they look horrific. Currently, my dick looks a lot like Kieran Lee’s(Google him) and want to keep the aesthetics nice and clean. I have yet to see a decent looking post-penis surgery. They mostly look like deformed Swedish meatballs. Is it worth it?

~This thread was split from it’s original as it is a topic all it’s own.

As for the OP? No. NO. NO!

Surgery has been a flop any time I read anything that is not a surgery website testimonial. All kinds of complications exist. It is most certainly not worth the expense and risk in my opinion.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

You’re only 21 and have YEARS ahead to cement gains. Do NOT go the route of surgery. Get a pump and relax for 15 every day. That you won’t regret.

The only surgical procedure I’ve ever considered for my junk involved stem cells and that’s just a tad too rich for my blood hahah. (At least for the time being…….)

Seriously though, you’re still young. If you’ve made good gains in the past with PE and lost some, it’s easier to make back gains that it is to make new gains. It’s also way easier than getting most any kind of surgery.

Just food for thought… two of the main procedures for this kind of thing involve either a sheet of silicone they stitch inside of you, or injecting acrylic into your shaft (PMMA injections)

I assumed it was fat transfer hence my consideration. I’m never going to put foreign objects or fluids inside my penis. I’ve restarted PE now and my full erections are back. Turns out I’m actually 5.6’ girth from the middle and 6.3’ girth from the base. When I was doing PE 3 years as a 19-year old, I only measured 4.7’ in girth. Length is difficult to tell since I lost weight but bone pressed erection was 5.8’. Today it’s a solid 6.5’ inches BPE. I’m finding it difficult to tell whether these gains over the past 3 years are due to natural growth stemming from puberty or just purely gained using PE, or perhaps a mixture of both. Keep in mind, I was a ‘part-time’ PE-er.

Some articles I’ve just found claim penis growth happens well past your 18th birthday. The interesting thing is, I feel tiny when I hold my penis, yet I’m way above average in terms of girth.

So you just got that girth increase out of nowhere or what? Either way some really motivating gains, i am always happy to hear younger guys gain as it gives me some hope for natural growth (im 19).

I haven’t gained any girth since I started this thread. For length, it’s only +0.1’ in BPEL. I have noticed that I have gained more density in the skin around my penis, feels really thick when 80% erect. This could be related to my really poor EQ pre-PE that resulted in poor girth coupled with actual girth growth. Soreness does increase my flaccid length too. Motivates me when I look at myself in the mirror. Is it safe to say that PE increases flaccid length and girth so quickly? Again, every body is different thus respond differently to PE. I have seen some insane gainers here like ThoughtfulGold. Just wondering if PE is more effective for teenagers or perhaps the opposite?

I started PE at 24. My insane gains are based upon what will be 9 years of work this coming August as well as tireless devotion usually. So, since you only started this thread 20 days ago…I will say you have a *long* way to go, depending on your goals and the time and effort you want to put forth.

It is really just too early to talk about how effective PE has been for you yet. I mean if we gained .1” in 20 days you would have an inch in 200 days, and gain 3” in less than 2 years. Just, be patient and keep the faith. Those are the things that matter most in your journey.

TG- is this true for what you have heard about surgery on the suspensory ligaments also? I would think that surgery is ok and quite synergistic with PE. Perhaps it isn’t worth the expense because you can just stretch the ligaments instead, but I see little drawback to this procedure if you have the money for it.

A major drawback of that procedure is the loss of stability at the base of your penis.

Those ligaments ARE there for a reason. If they didn’t serve a useful purpose, they would have atrophied away through evolution.

You put yourself at a much higher danger of injury during sex by cutting those ligs.

I’d never do it personally.
