Yes 8 X 2” wide - sorry bout that - I’m a newbie here and was thinking in terms of the width of my pumping cylinder. I guess 2” wide equates to about 6” circum.yeah, that’s the ticket.

Try keeping the routine the same, just add the thera-p wrap during the day for girth.
It is a way to increase girth while adding very little stress to the tissues.
