Thats it I am giving up pe!!

Hi guys

I have been working at making my dick bigger for the last year and a half.To date I do not think I have made any real gains and now my erection is weaker than ever. I have done the Newbie routine,Penimaster,clamping,Pumping and Hanging,and it is very depressing to see all these guys out there getting bigger dicks.

I have found nearly everything I have done hard and uncomfortable,and I was so enthusiastic at first but a year and a half down the line without gains has taken its toll on me.

My better half says she loves my dick the way it is,and she is perfectly happy with it but I am not.Of course I would not let a surgeon near my dick, unless of course in the near future some scientist comes up with a safe way of enlarging our dicks overnight.

My other problem is everytime my dick goes near my pump or clamp I cannot get an erection,which I am sure is all in the mind.But now when it comes to sex I am finding it harder to keep it up,even when I kegal I can hardly feel any blood pumping into the old fella.

I do not think I ever over done things,as usual PE will be just another thing I have failed at in my life.

Even if you have not succeded in PE, you definitely want to do something about that mindset. Dysthymia springs to mind. Dysthymia - Wikipedia

Have you been paying attention to your dick? Negative PI? You might have been over excited and never really did the routines right. Don’t get discouraged, that’s all the advice I give you, along with:

If at first you don’t succeed, try again.

I’ve read some stories on here where guys have gone for two years before they saw anything and then bang.

The problem is you have been doing it wrong all this time. Hard and uncomfortable is wrong and you have proven that with no results and weak erections.

PE only requires moderate effort and should actually feel quite good. You should try to end your routines with a raging hardon. Then you are in the ballpark, I mean soccer, scratch that, football stadium.

If you want to try again, don’t try so hard.

Try to just switch to JUST manual adv. exercises.

gprent that is my point though I have never over done it though,I always have been careful and made sure I followed a routine with rest days.I could not even get on with manual stretching because it ached my hands,and when I am hanging I only used not more than 5lb in weight for 20 minutes.

Maybe I should get my Penimaster out again,find a more comfortable method for attaching it to my dick and just do that.

Did you get any discoloration after all this no-gaining PE? I got some discoloration in my first month of PE (came with girth gains fortunately).

I really think the erection problem is all in your mind. I had the same problem for 1-2 months but I did manage not to think about it and I am now back to normal.

I did get more morning/night wood while not PE-ing now that I think of it.

gonnabbiger, I’m sorry to hear about your situation. :( You mentioned you might give the penimaster another shot. That sounds like a good idea to me. I personally had not been gaining for like 1 1/2 years (tried everything, hanging, clamping (well gained a little girth there), manual stretches (newbie gains), etc) and now I’m finnaly gaining at a nice stready pace length and base girth from using the AutoExtender and applying gerrykjohnsons method of all day static stretching (along with some sleep use), so maybe extender stretching if you stick with it might be the key? I agree with gprent. If you still want to give it a go, take a 3-month decon break. Then try something sensible like the newbie routine with comfortable, moderate intensity. Good luck.

In 18 months you did all that? That may be the reason why you haven’t gained right there.

I personally never pump with a full erection at first. I enter the pump flacid and slowly pump/kegel up to an erection. The routine posted in my 4 month growth comparison pictures explain my routine and my on/off days. I get PLENTY of rest and may only practice PE 3 times/week and am making great gains so far. Keep your head up man (no pun intended), it will get better.

Some of our members have made a great deal of progress with long duration, low intensity stretching.

I agree that you need some time away—for attitude refreshment as well as deconditioning. If you feel up to it, try long duration stretching. It’s easy to attach a vacuum hanger to your dick at low tension while you watch TV or sleep. There’s nothing lost if it doesn’t work, but you might get a nice surprise if it does.

Also, don’t feel bad about quitting. It’s not a failure. It just means your body is very good at maintaining its genetically predetermined form. Still, you might find something that works if you stick to it. You’ll never know for sure unless you try. But giving up is a viable option as well. A big dick is nice, but in the grand scheme of things it’s just a fashion accessory.
