The Captn's Wench: PE Device

Thanks for this! Great combination of cheap and easy-to-make. I am immediately incorporating this into my newbie routine to have a more manageable grip and consistent stretch intensity for manual stretching. I think this will even work in the shower with no problems. Worth a try anyway.

Yeah I know, I formulated it wrong perhaps. I meant to say if those are the parts I need. The reason I’m asking this is that I am not familiar with all these names the captain is giving them and I wouldn’t know where to begin searching for all these items because I’m not from an English speaking country.

Therefore, if I can simply order all the items I need off amazon there is no language barrier.

OK, no problem Dave. When I built my Wench, I substituted different grippers, but those ones shown on Amazon are the ones recommended (you may need to cut them in half - an easy job).

So yes, all the parts shown there on Amazon are the right ones for the job. The cable clamp size you need is medium. Good idea to get a couple of spares; they can break, and they are useful when you want to start clamping too.

You will also need the webbing strap. Any DIY shop should have suitable stuff, usually on rolls so you can cut the length you want.

I read this thread a few days ago and yesterday I went to the Dollar Store and bought the supplies that matched as close as possible those recommended by the Captain. They only had 1” Velcro strips so I bought some 2” black duct tape and created a 10” x 2” strip to mount the 1” Velcro strips side by side to make up the width. They didn’t have 1” nylon straps but they had stretchy black cloth bands with Velcro at each end used to hold your pant legs in place for cycling or for tying down other stuff. This worked well as they already had the Velcro at each end albeit one end was the bur side so I had to attach some of the fluffy Velcro to the other side of that end. They didn’t have the rubber grippers recommended so I picked up some rubber bumpers used for the inside of cupboard doors and a roll of rubber draw liner used to cushion the inside of draws etc. I tried both and ended up using the rubber draw liner as it was easier to use and I could customize the thickness. I put it all together per Captain’s instructions and tried it out. It worked like a charm. The only problem was that I wrapped my dick to tight and then when I applied the Wench and clamped it it cut off the circulation and my dick turned blue in about 30 minutes. Needless to say, I had to take it off and restore the blood flow to my pecker. But all is well. Today, I wore it as an ADS with the strap attached below my knee and it worked like a charm.

So all in all it cost me under $5 to make with the stuff from the Dollar Store. Thanks to the Captain and his easy to make ADS/Hanger.

Yeah, I use the Wench as well. I didn’t find the mentioned grippers so I used some balsa wood that I coated with aquarium silicone instead. Working nice for me so far.

Thanks a lot fire, if you don’t mind I have one more question, when I use a translator for webbing strap it says it’s a belt, however, the image of webbing strap does not really resemble a belt and truth be told I wouldn’t really know what it does resemble. Is it something like this: webbing or this ByeKyle Bicycle Straps Available in Colors - Bikerumor ?

Or am I completely misinterpretting you and is the velcro tape the webbing strap you’re talking about?

Sorry for being confused, my english isn’t bad when having a normal conversation but when talking jargon I get confused easily because the translations my dictionary gives me are mostly off.

Has anyone hung over 15 pounds with the wench?

15 lbs is about the limit for a Wench.

Does anyone have a video for making this? I just don’t want to do it wrong.

I hang 20 pounds routinely from my Wench and have hung as much as 30. I never understood the whole gripper thing so I deleted them from my design, which is comfortable and effective.
