Oh good question, I was thinking it was stationary but I guess it could be pulling too.

I am thinking about ordering this device, an Ebay store that sells them here:

to focus my stretches on the tunica. Do you guys think this will be effective? How could I also put a little pressure “downward” that is just enough that I can still use this as an ADS?

So just wrap your index finger and thumb in a circle and grab the base of the penis and pull in the opposite direction. So I stretch to the left but pull to the right at the base?

That’s how I have been doing it thusfar yes but I am stll experimenting. It gives one hell of a stretch mind although exactly how much is skin and how much is dick is unclear. I really think given a bit of perfecting they could work well, same type of feeling as an A stretch.

I’ll try and explain this more.. To avoid confusion I’ll try to be really specific.

Ok first, with either your right or left hand it doesn’t matter which one because you’ll be alternating anyways. Grip your penis just behind the glands using your index and thumb. It’s not an overhand grip, although you can try it if you want, I did and for me I feel a better stretch the other way. Now pull your penis straight out just to extend it, not to stretch it. Ok now with your free hand act as if you were to form an over hand grip at the base. But instead of gripping your penis with your whole hand you just sort of use the inside of your hand between your index and thumb area. Like I said I’ll try to explain as much as possible, so in case your confused about to grip or not to grip, put your left hand up and make an L with your index and thumb fingers. Ok the point where your fingers form a 90 degree angel you use that part of your hand to push down at the base of your penis during the stretch. So the backside of your hand should be visible at this point. Like I said it’s NOT a grip your hand should be open. Your mostly just creating an ancore.now with the hand that’s gripping behind the glands you just simply do an upwards stretch towards your chin while pushing down and a slight out ward angle with the base hand. Feel free to experience with sitting, laying down and what not during the stretch. I do my stretches on the toilet so I usually just sit at the edge of the seat drape my junk over the edge and start pulling haha.

And when you stretch to the left and right you really just have to pull downwards and out slightly just like I said above on the upward stretch, so I do the upward stretch right and left stretches with one hand and then jelq and then use the other hand and repeat

I hope this clears things up.

But also I have added the DLD blasters to my routine and Wooooooooooooooo it’s a great stretch.

I do the reverse kegels like in the blasters during my stretch to and it really does the trick. PLEASE give me feed back if you try it. I would love to hear it :)

7.5 that is a good technique, I use it now also, and did a variation before your advice but yours is better. About the blasters, I believe kegeling is definitely good, but I cannot reverse kegel. I don’t get any more like pop out or extension.

7.5, I do a stretch like that. I can’t just grab my dick and pull straight out because it hurts my back.. But I use two hands as you describe, the first grabs my member behind the glans, and the second hand acts as the fulcrum between my pelvis and the heel of the first hand. I just rock the hand back and get a good stretch without pulling my back.
