Also does this mean that we could gain a faster MSEG by maybe doing ULI’s higher up instead of at the base?

Clamping anywhere but at the base can be very dangerous though so I am not asking that. I have tried before doing lighter ULI’s in the mid section and upper section and just felt fatigued faster (since it’s a weaker area). Right now I cannot give a thorough report since I am long term damaged due to other PE exercises. I will write about that in another thread though.

I’m curious of the mechanism or mechanisms of growth. In my experience the penis grows where stress is placed. For example I clamped for a while and gained 1.25-1.5 inches of base girth, more specifically I gained under the clamp. Gains toward mid shaft were negligible in comparison .25 or less. I gained some base girth from hanging as well, most of the stress was felt at the base. So where the most ‘force’ as opposed to expansion was placed is were I gained. Like wise the only girth I’ve gained toward the head was from hanging and applying the hanger very tight so that it was ‘clamped’ behind the head.

I’ve researched vegf and hypoxia or ischemia as well but it seems to affect blood vessels more than general growth, I could be mistaken on this.
I’m hoping we make progress on this topic because while my base has grown nicely my mid shaft has been mostly unresponsive.

Clamping midshaft is very uncomfortable so I haven’t been able to make that work and double clamping (one base one midshaft) just causes too much discoloration.

I’m not even sure if the penis even needs to be erect during exercise to grow. Perhaps mid shaft flaccid squeezes could even work if a stress response was stimulated?

Do people get more prominent base girth gains from pumping too?

Has Anyone here had any success gaining midshaft or forward shaft girth through a Uli or pumping routine?
Perhaps if I were to put a restrictive device or band around my midshaft and then pump it would reproduce the effect of base gains by adding pressure but not expansion to the middle shaft?
Just some thoughts on the matter,
Good luck gaining fellas!

how many months did those base gains take you? Did you close as tight as possible or allow the base to expand a notch?

8-2015 Started- Rock hard 6.5bpel" /6"nbpel x4.25 MEG". Current- 7.25-7.5bpel" x 4.6 base/ shaft girth!!! GOAL- 7.5bpel x 5" MEG/ 5.25"BEG

I didn’t keep records, I’d say that I clamped on a daily routine maybe two years, off and on over the course of another additional year, I don’t really remember.

My technique might sound extreme, and perhaps it’s the reason I didn’t gain much midshaft. I would get the hardest erection possible, usually morning wood and once I was kegeled to the max I would tie a tourniquet with very soft rubber tubing at the very base. The knot would be at the underside. Then I would wrap an inch wide piece of cloth just above the tourniquet and slide a turn key style hose clamp over it.
I would slowly turn it tighter throughout the set which was usually 15 minutes. I would stop doing additional sets if my EQ went down too far. I also did other experimental methods but this was the main one.

I’d just like to add that although I never had any problems with this method It was potentially dangerous and I don’t advise it.

My hunch, based on my knowledge of human physiology [I am a healthcare professional, though not in the study or urology] and PE experience is as follows.

The base, in all forms of PE takes stress. In clamping, it is an area where higher pressure arterial blood is restricted from forward flow, causing enhanced vascular congestion proximal of the clamp.
In the case of other methods, the base is the area of insertion that always has tension as well as good blood flow. Other areas when stretching are not necessarily exposed to the full stress of the technique, but the base always is, so those tissues have greater PE times than others.

I will fully concede that the base being a fulcrum and therefore receiving much more lateral stretching is almost certainly relevant as well. In effect, even during extender tension, there is some ‘A’ and ‘V’ stretching going on, which likely has the effect of enhancing tissue extension and therefore better stimulates tissue growth.
