Official size 8.5bpX6.5 I just recently had a gain to 8.75bp but I hurt myself overdoing it and will most likely lose that .25. The time I spend on PE depends if I’m hanging or not if I’m hanging I spend at least 10 hours a week but usually more sometimes way more. If I’m in girth mode I spend 30 to 45 minutes a day for 5 days a week.

Monday - Friday
Use a hot towel for 5 minutes before and after routine.
Jelqing for 20 minutes
pumping for 20 minutes 2.50 tube.

Why are you using a 2.5 inch diameter tube?
Is that inside or outside tube diameter?
According to Cylinder Sizing : lapdist.com
If you have 6 inch girth, you should be using a 2 inch diameter tube.
Does using a wider tube than you need help to increase girth more quickly?

2 inch tube is too small. I got one. I am packing my 2.50 (dr kaplan) after I finish, don’t have any problems with nuts slipping in tube. Yes using a bigger tube give you more room to grow, but you must not overpump trying to get better results. That’s outside Dr Kaplan’s cylinder are smaller at the top for some reason. The base is good.

Man, I’ve gotten pretty far with my girth, but I still have so far to go :( Sometimes a bit disheartening when I see you guys with 6+.
